“Dr. Krane is a wonderful person as well as amazing surgeon. Her compassion for the patient is untouchable, she deserves far more praise than I can give her. She worked on breathing issues and cosmetic issues for me, both during one procedure. On my first return visit, removing bandages and looking at results she boosted my confidence beyond measure. Not only is her work wonderful but her compassion for my goals and backing my journey touches deep within. She is marvelous in her work and her person. Facing the shock of facial melanoma, she presented as personable, warm, and caring and I was immediately put at ease. And, she included my spouse in the entire process, a magical thing all to itself. Those are just the starting strong points. Following surgery and initial recovery proved she is a highly skilled surgeon. Her work on my face is impeccable. “I was sent to Dr Krane for reconstruction of my MOHS surgery. I couldn’t have been more fortunate to be put in her care. From the consultation, to surgery and throughout the 4 month healing process, she gave me the utmost care and attention. Dr Krane was always available to me and I felt completely listened to and cared for. At every appointment, and there were many, I never felt rushed or that she was thinking about anything but me and my questions. Early in the process I was concerned about the way the incision looked. I sent her a picture and she called me within 10 minutes and waited for me to get to the office even though she was done for the day. She has such empathy, she was my cheerleader throughout the process! While I hope to not need another big surgery, I would go back to her in a heartbeat, she is the best!”

“It is hard to put into words just how far Dr. Krane exceeded my expectations. My facial reconstruction took two surgeries under general anesthesia so I had several interactions with her. I can honestly say that with each visit Dr. Krane made me feel like I was her absolute top priority. She made doubly sure she answered my questions and addressed my concerns. She took what was a terrifying (to me anyway) reconstruction and made me feel completely at ease. And her personality is such that it felt like I was talking to a good friend. It has been almost 6 months since the second surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My friends that saw me immediately afterward are amazed. I don’t think anyone I meet can tell I had the surgeries. I could go on and on but nobody wants to read the novel I could write about Dr. Krane.
