Dr. Natalie Krane is a double board-certified Otolaryngologist—Head & Neck Surgeon and Facial Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon. She is an Assistant Professor at Oregon Health & Science University in Portland, Oregon, focusing on reconstructive and aesthetic procedures of the head and neck, including septorhinoplasty/cosmetic rhinoplasty, skin cancer reconstruction, and facial rejuvenation.
Her goal is to take a holistic approach to patient care by optimizing health and wellness perioperatively to improve outcomes and patient satisfaction.
A little bit more about Dr. Krane:
Dr. Krane attended Lehigh University, graduating with honors with a degree in Behavioral Neuroscience while also playing on the university’s Division I soccer team. Both prior to, and while in medical school at Drexel University College of Medicine, she worked in the biotechnology industry, gaining professional experience in the regulation of pharmaceutical drugs.
She completed her residency training in Otolaryngology—Head and Neck Surgery at Oregon Health & Science University. She then further specialized her training and completed an AAFPRS fellowship in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas, ranking in the 96th percentile for the oral portion of the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery board examination.
She has authored over 20 peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, and has given over 30 oral, panel, and poster presentations at the leading national academic meetings.
