I had a great experience with Dr. Natalie Krane. She was the surgeon for a skin graft I needed following skin cancer surgery, and I couldn’t have been in better hands. She’s clearly skilled and professional, but also incredibly kind and easy to talk to. She made me feel comfortable and well cared for every step of the way. The results were excellent, and I’m really grateful for her expertise and friendly approach.
—Karen, 2025
Dr Krane has a wonderful gift. And I will always be thankful for her ability to put my face back together twice after two surgeries to remove Melanoma (use your sunscreen!).
I highly recommend Dr Krane to anyone in need of reconstructive facial surgery.
She is kind &#38;amp; honest. She will give you the truth. She truly cares about her patients. ❤️
—Peggy, 2025
Dr. Krane took the time to listen to my concerns and understand my goals. She provided a detailed explanation of the procedure, setting realistic expectations and making sure I was comfortable with every step. The surgery itself was seamless, and the recovery process was much smoother than I anticipated, thanks to the comprehensive post-operative care plan provided.
—Scott, 2024

“Dr. Krane is a wonderful person as well as amazing surgeon. Her compassion for the patient is untouchable, she deserves far more praise than I can give her. She worked on breathing issues and cosmetic issues for me, both during one procedure. On my first return visit, removing bandages and looking at results she boosted my confidence beyond measure. Not only is her work wonderful but her compassion for my goals and backing my journey touches deep within. She is marvelous in her work and her person. I am so lucky to have met her for this work and meeting such a wonderful person.”
—K Gold, 2023

“In 70 years, I've had my share of interactions with the medical profession. Dr. Krane, and her staff, are right at the top with regards to skill and overall positive experience. Facing the shock of facial melanoma, she presented as personable, warm, and caring and I was immediately put at ease. And, she included my spouse in the entire process, a magical thing all to itself. Those are just the starting strong points. Following surgery and initial recovery proved she is a highly skilled surgeon. Her work on my face is impeccable. Follow-ups showed no let down in her nature, and all instructions were given clearly. I really couldn't have dreamt up anything better. My heartfelt thanks and appreciation go to Dr. Krane.”
—Jules, 2023

“Dr. Krane was phenomenal through the surgery process. I was very impressed by her expertise, the entire process of appointments before and after surgery and the results. Coming from a person who had never had surgery, she set expectations for doctors and surgeons extremely high. She also has a fantastic personality and rapport with patients and their families. I was raving about her to my coworkers, friends and family, some of whom have since made appointments with her. Highly recommend, but warning, you may want her as your doctor for everything!”
—Jaclyn, 2022“I could not be happier with the outstanding facial reconstructive surgery that Dr. Natalie Krane performed on my mother following the removal of melanoma. Dr. Krane's calling is truly being fulfilled; she is an extremely talented surgeon! And her warmth and kindness as a person is equal to her talents in medicine. I've never met a physician who genuinely cares as much as she does for her patients. It was an incredibly comforting aspect during a frightening time for us. I'll always be grateful. I cannot recommend Dr. Krane enough!”—Cara, 2022
“I was sent to Dr Krane for reconstruction of my MOHS surgery. I couldn’t have been more fortunate to be put in her care. From the consultation, to surgery and throughout the 4 month healing process, she gave me the utmost care and attention. Dr Krane was always available to me and I felt completely listened to and cared for. At every appointment, and there were many, I never felt rushed or that she was thinking about anything but me and my questions. Early in the process I was concerned about the way the incision looked. I sent her a picture and she called me within 10 minutes and waited for me to get to the office even though she was done for the day. She has such empathy, she was my cheerleader throughout the process! While I hope to not need another big surgery, I would go back to her in a heartbeat, she is the best!”—Nancy, 2022

“It is hard to put into words just how far Dr. Krane exceeded my expectations. My facial reconstruction took two surgeries under general anesthesia so I had several interactions with her. I can honestly say that with each visit Dr. Krane made me feel like I was her absolute top priority. She made doubly sure she answered my questions and addressed my concerns. She took what was a terrifying (to me anyway) reconstruction and made me feel completely at ease. And her personality is such that it felt like I was talking to a good friend. It has been almost 6 months since the second surgery and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My friends that saw me immediately afterward are amazed. I don’t think anyone I meet can tell I had the surgeries. I could go on and on but nobody wants to read the novel I could write about Dr. Krane. Suffice it to say that if you need plastic/reconstructive surgery, you couldn’t find a more qualified, and compassionate surgeon.”—Matt, 2022
“I went from not breathing at all to breathing just fine. Doctor Krane did an excellent job of explaining exactly what the surgery would entail and executing it to a degree of perfection I never would have expected. 11/10 would recommend. Great doctor and an even better person.”—Steven, 2022©2025</description>
